  • Up to 70% LTV Residential

    • Up to 70% of the lower of the 180 day value or the purchase price of the property. Max gross LTV per single loan: 70%. Purchase finance max lending is the lower of 70% of the lower of purchase price or valuation. Special situations purchase on a bulk purchase with significant discount, we may consider up to 75% LTPP.

    Up to 60% LTV Commercial

    Similar to residential, but max gross LTV is 60% (typically look at 180-days VP value. If the property is fully let with long-term contracts, may consider 180-day MV)

    Up to 65% LTV Mixed use

    Mixed use (combination of residential & commercial properties) Max LTV 65% (resi should be at least 50% of the mix)
